Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Orders will be sent out within five days of purchase and generally take 3-5 business days for shipping. Made to order purchases are sent out within 2-3 weeks of ordering.

Where do you ship to? 

We currently offer shipping to the US, Canada, and most of Europe

What is your return policy? 

We do not offer returns. If is wrong with a made to order piece there is one free repair for one year from the purchase. Physical items that are NOT made to order can be exchanged within two weeks of delivery. Courses and offerings are not refundable, but you can gift your course or session to someone else if you are no longer able to attend.
